Server Types
Palworld servers vary in their settings and rules:
• PvE servers focus on cooperative play — catching Pals, building bases, and progressing through the game together without player combat. • PvP servers enable player combat, adding a competitive element to base raiding and territory control. • Casual servers increase resource gathering rates and Pal catch rates for a more relaxed experience. • Hardcore servers may reduce these rates for a tougher challenge.
Server settings like experience multipliers, Pal spawn rates, and day/night cycle speed can vary significantly. Check the server description on LobbyLink for details.
How to Connect
Launch Palworld and select Join Multiplayer Game from the main menu. You can browse the community server list or use Direct Connect by entering the IP and port from the LobbyLink listing.
Dedicated servers support up to 32 players. Some servers may have passwords — check the server's Discord for the password if needed.
Palworld servers are cross-platform between Steam and Xbox Game Pass versions on some server configurations. Check whether the server supports your platform before connecting.
